As we have been told, it is pronounced aretso! Today we are leaving Rome on a train to Arezzo where we will spend the night before starting our bike trip! We may need to carbo load which shouldn't be too hard here...
When we arrived at the station, we got off on the wrong side of the tracks - hit reverse and the arrived in the town. Our hotel is three blocks from the station and Shauna found a place for us to eat. We walked through the town and were swarmed by kids - average age is 12. It is like the lost boys but with hair gel and skinny jeans. We continue on to our destination - the wine bar for a yummy pear, cheese flatbread, a cheese and salami plate and a veggie crisp - along with a yummy wine! We will post images in the album!
We are off to zzzzz -tomorrow is our first ride, ouch!
