Up at 7.30am.Ate lots of fresh fruit sitting on the balcony, just looking at the view.Then breakfast of bacon and eggs ( twice ) in this dining room overlooking that magnificent view.On the bus at 9.30am for a drive along the ridge of Hvar Island to see all the views.It was written up as a drive through the lavender fields but they have had disastrous fires here the last twenty years that have all but destroyed the lavender plants.There are some lovely fields tho...
