Today we got up to find our sunshine had gone, typical! We had a wonder around the village and decided to make a picnic and head off to a place called Shakespeare's Cliff. We had to get a ferry over to the otherside of the water. We had a nice evening at a nice bar along the water front.

Today we had to get up early and get our Kiwi experience bus. It picked us up at 8.30 and we headed off to Whitianga, we stopped at a place called Thames for some lunch and then stopped again at Cathedral Cove for a walk. It took an hour or so to get to it but well worth it, it was so tropical looking. Tonight we are staying in the cats pyjamas and we stayed in the lounge room and watched Four Weddings and a Funeral!

Today we had yet another lay in, i think we are getting too used to this! today we decided to head to the post office and send some things home that we realised we won't need and its all just extra weight. After that we went up the Sky Tower, you get a really good view of the city up there and you can walk over glass slabs and look right down on the city, scary! Had a lazy afternoon in the park and then watched Love Actually which we bought in Malaysia.

Today we had another lay in, we had our breakfast whilst waiting for the rain to stop. We headed off to Victoria Park Market and had a look round the stalls. We then walked up to Alberts park (everything is on a hill!) and sat around there for a while, then headed back to the nice park we sat in yesterday (don\'t know the name of it). This time there was a market going on so we had a look round. We couldn\'t be bothered to cook tonight so we had a burger king...

Today we set the alarm for 9.30 as we decided that it was time we phoned home, it was really nice to speak to the parents, it felt like they were just around the corner! Today we walked down to the Harbour Bridge and wandered around Queens Street. We had a nice hot chocolate and chocolate cake in Starbucks. After we bought an English paper and caught up with the news (first time in almost a month!)
