Beware Montezuma & his Two Step routine!
This phenomon came tp prominence durintr the 1970 World Cup when the press warned everyone travelling there to beware of tummy upsets and it was affectionately christened the M 2 Step after the great Aztec emperor who ruled from 1466 to 1520. My memory of this World Cup was watching both semifinals at the same time. I carried or TV downstairs to the flat below. Ricky downsatirs wanted to watch Brazil against Peru I think but I wanted to watch West Germany and Italy. My game had the first goal and was more exciting with Italy winning in extra time. These are my memories not Gordon Banks save agianst Pele nor the late Bobby Moore being framed for a jewel theft! The best game was when West germany recovered from a 2-0 half time score to beat their opponents 3-2. Guess who the opponents were! Ha! Ha!
However another variation of the MOntezuma Two Step occurred this morning when tow car transporters collided between junctions 30 & 29 going south, also blocking northbound for a while. See what you miss, Craig.
Anyway, enjoy what's it name where you went curtest of a neverending supply of elastic bands wrapped round the plane prop! bye & Love P & D xxxxx

Jill ..... Guess what, when you get to Germany you will have another team to support for me as Trinidad & Tobago has just made it to the World Cup by winning Bahrain yesterday. Just don't say, it all we've got is aging Dwight Yorke and we might get a good whipping but just think we have done better than a few close by countries. Anyway so that is your job when you get to Germany. Just think I might have a heart problems if they have to play England as I will have to make a special T-shirt 50% England and 50% Trini Support.
On the serious note hope you & Craig are really enjoying this opportunity of travelling ( not back packers I see it smile). OH are you in Mexico City where there is this sinking church,.... visit that for me, not check pictures yet.
Do wish you were still working with me .... a lovely person inside and out.Your parents did a GOOD job briniging you up.( hope they read this)
Work news ! Anthony ( his wife) had a Baby called Luke( From Starwars) , Harry ( Harry Potter). All Ok on that score. No other good news.
For you and Craig .... Take care as you move further down south. Be a good girl now ( smile ) and keep Craig happy as I've said he is worth it
Shanty ( Glad we have met)
Ben (At Work)
MEXICO the land of Volkswagen Beetles ! If you happen to come across a pair of rear wheel cylinders for a 1953 export model let me know, the have the wide 5 stud pattern !! Enjoy yourselves, I have heard that the wrestling is a bit of an eye opener and worth a visit. Ben
Bowie, Jim
Well you skirted round my place by taking the silver birds I have heard tell of. Did you not think of paying Davy & me a visit here @ The Alamo! We fought a famous battle here but lost but in the end Teaxs got indy from Mex.
I suppose that Captain James and M ajor Em warned you not to stray too far from the beaten path. I could have lent you my famous knife. When Davy { Crockett ) & I were here we were most unwelcome & got a very hot reception from the natives. too hot for our wellbeing in fact! Terminal it was ,so I suppose you will have taken the advice of the Capt & Maj to be carefull as the mexs do not like you gringos!
SERIOUSLY
Can I borrow that Bowie knife as I am having trouble with the squirrels out the back. They have beaten a path across ourour top grass from the top corner to skippy's banquet. Then I could skin you one & make another Davy Crockett hat.
Take care.
I am off to bet another set of bins, those I have are not up to scratch when I am trying to follow golf balls in the great distance that I hit them.
Bye for now.
This is crazy Lou signing off>>>>>> Just like mouldy cheese.

See you are not yet bored on your travels and are still managing to keep your spirits up
despite your teams' results.I assume you are in Mexico now and that the long flight wasn't
too tiring.I am in Chesterfield with Emma looking at the site in the library and she is very
jealous and will now keep track of your journey. She will be very interested when you reach
Australia as her husband has relatives there.
