A couple of days ago we were coming off the beach. Opened the car boot, put some stuff in and shut it. Quite hard! Little was I to know that Lin was behind me and had inserted her head into said boot at the same time. She got quite a bang on the head! Load shedding has become the phrase of the moment. Eskom, the nationalised electricity company doesn’t make any money, is badly managed and corrupt and can’t afford to maintain or repair it’s infrastructure.
