Aged Travellers
It rained this morning so we weren't able to go out right away. Eventually the skies cleared and we made the short walk to another municipal garden "The Quinta Magnolia Garden". This used to be the "British Country Club" and a rather grand place it must have been, but it is now in a state of considerable neglect. In some ways this is very sad but it's current dilapidation adds to its charm. These last two free gardens gave us more pleasure than the well looked after and expensive gardens we had visited earlier in the week. We returned to the hotel and spent the afternoon packing ready for our return tomorrow arrive Gatwick 4.00pm. Finally we went out for another lovely meal. A good end to a most relaxing holiday.
