BTLC's Adventures
Continuing South, we stopped in for a couple of nights at Agnes Water and the township of 1770. Called 1770, as this was the year that Captain Cook sailed in. Again the beaches are a highlight, together with the brief boardwalk and stepping stone walk that takes you through a Paperbark Forest with maiden hair fern growing in abundance. The boys were able to catch a Spanish Mackerel from the beach just near our camp.
