The boys fished Tumby Bay Wharf while I went for a walk on the beach. Brad caught 4 good sized squid. Travelled inland west across to western Eyre Peninsula and then north along the coast line. Staying tonight at Perlubie Beach, right on the beach, that's us in the left of the pic. Tomorrow plan to start the journey across the Nullabour.

Stayed last night at Whyalla in the local footy ground. This morning continued south into the Eyre Peninsula. Stopped in at Cowell, it's along the coast line of the Spencer Gulf. Saw two boat loads of oysters being brought to shore. Cowell has the most decorated loos so far. They are situated down a nicely treed ally, with the local art gallery beside it. On the road again. Were able to get the bearing covers today, now have 4 spares just in case. Currently driving through Port Agusta. Earlier today drove by a Nissan Pathfinder towing an approx 24ft van. It had smoke billowing out of the engine. 2 fire trucks just arrived ahead of us. Owners must have had some warning signs as had been able to detach van and looks like they removed things from the car. Would have to think definitely pushing the towing capacit...

At Horsham, Brad realised we had lost a bearing dust cover of one of the caravan tyres. The shops did not sell that size and the bearing place was shut. Camo spotted three wild emu's in a paddock. Crossing over the SA/Vic boarder at 12.40pm (Vic time) was very uneventful, however we noticed the better quality roads in SA, we were all sick of the uneven surfaced roads and the double bouncing then generated from the caravan. Now on the road, left 5.40am. It's Easter Saturday, traffic very minimal, only 50 mins from home across the Westgate- if only traffic was like this all the time. Departure delayed with so many little things to do.
