Bit of a sleep in today so late breakfast then just lazed by the beach until around 2ish when we got ready for the free shuttle to Kuta.

The usual brekkie, swim (such a hard life) then we decided to catch a taxi to DFS Galeria on the way to the airport (100,000 rupiah) - some beautiful duty free shops but we didn't think to take our passports which was probably just as well. Dropped in some laundry - 20,000 rupiah (@ $2) for around 14 items - certainly can't complain about that. Wandered around the rest of the shops and had lunch before heading back for a much deserved swim and chose a nice spot...

Sarah was up at the crack of dawn and headed down to the gym only to find it was full so she went for a walk along the beach instead (I guarded the room from my bed). After a very average hotel breakfast (Novotel Bali Benoa still rates as the best breakfast buffet any where I've been in the world) we headed back to the pool for a few hours before showers and bemo to Kuta (100,000 rupiah). Arrived in beautiful Bali this afternoon with Sarah. Our Jetstar flight was absolutely fine. We checked into the Aston Resort and Spa in Nusa Dua. The room is very spacious and has everything we need (except for an iron, but truly who in their right minds needs an iron in Bali?? Sarah does!!) Spent the afternoon in the pool and sunbathing/relaxing until sunset. Had dinner at a little restaurant near the hotel called Laguna - food was average and thank goodnes...
