DAY 1 Out of bed at 3AM. Despite going to bed at 8PM, my fitness monitor told me that I had only achieved 4 hours of sleep. I fly out on my Adventures at 6am tomorrow. Bags are all packed and today is just about doing all those last minute things, visiting my two favourite coffee shops and getting to bed early.

A truly lazy day. After breakfast this morning I lay on one of the beach sun lounges under an umbrella and caught up on my blogging and emails. Today's ride was some 205km along the stunning Croatian and bosnian coast. We travelled via Drvenik and Sucuraj with a transit in and out of Bosnia Herzegovina.. We are staying ate the More Hotel and it is simply luxury. I have a room at the very top of the hotel and the view from my window is simply stunning. After breakfast this morning I caught the local number 6 bus into the city and climbed the stairs and walked the city wall.
