Today we started to think about our Adelaide trip. This is the fourth time we have made the trip across for the Tour Down Under. We are scratching to think of a different way to get there: the Hay plain is really the most direct option to get to Adelaide. It has a tendency to monotony, however, which does our heads in somewhat. I should say that our trip will be via Kangaroo Island, which is not far from Adelaide, but we have never made it to the island itself before, so that will be something different.

Ross has booked himself and Giles in to do the Community Ride. Giles is not particularly confident, as due to a persistent throat virus he was unable to put in the preferred requisite number of hours worth of training. Anyway, they will give it a go and see what happens. Giles is pretty fit anyway, so he will not do too badly, I am sure.
