Hi Bronwyn and Aidan, photos are perfect. I cant believe you survived the jungle for me even the photos look scary. Keep us posted; it is such fun following your trail. Wish you all the best take care.

Hey Guys, Glad to hear you're enjoying it all and you're not too cold from your trekking down the south of Chile. Funny but I'm only just in Bolivia, La Paz to be exact. I'm considering actually biking the road of death as it doesn't sound like a road of death anymore with all the precautions in place, ok, I just want the t-shirt! Thinking of catching a few flights around Argentina so any suggestions of which major towns to hit other than Iguazu, BA and Mendoza would be appreciated.
So where to next then Canada? Catch some skiing! I'll check in to see where in the world you are next but for now take care and have fun!

Hello Bronwyn and Aidan-
I'm sorry that we've been so out of touch since December, but we have been thinking of you. I'm glad to see that your volunteering in Ecuador went relatively well, it sounds like you had quite a variety of experiences. In the end you both made it to the Galapagos! I'm just sorry to hear that shlupping manure was part of the deal. We're both doing very well. My belly is growing at a rapid pace these days. We found out that we're having a boy. The exact due date is July 12th. Javier just finished his sabbatical and is happy to be back at the university full-time. I'm now looking forward to the arrival of summer and some weeks off before our sure-to-be-hectic lives as parents begin. I'm sorry that I never sent out that email with everyone's addresses but (just as Javier predicted) we managed to misplace the napkin on which we took down everyone's info during our travels. In any case, it was great meeting you guys. As you know, you are always welcome in Denver, CO, USA if your plans change. Muchos besos, Susan and Javier

Bronnie and Aiden, you are having the time of your lives! Your stories are completely refreshing and I love to hear from you. I just can't believe some of the daring things you have done. We miss you here at AAA, those of us left that you still know! We have so much to talk about when you get back, if you ever get back. The work component of your trip sounds just amazing. I'm so glad that you're safe though.

Hi Bron and Aidan, how are you both? I have been feeling guilty that I haven't sent you any photos, I haven't even downloaded any yet, my computer has died so I only check my emails at work & the software at work isn't installed for me to put my photos on.
Your webpage is great, I wish I was travelling around. I won't say you are lucky, because you have made it happen, that's not luck. Good on you!
I have been back at work 6 weeks now, it's gone really fast. I still have a slight mark on my calf from the gumboot rash, which I am actually quite fond of in a perverse way because it reminds me of Jatun Sacha.
I hope you aren't running out of vegemite, let me know & I'll send you some if you get desperate.
Take care, love from Sally
PS Aidan, we're not actually related, it turns out my great grandmother's name was Bywaters, not Waters, so there you go!

Melb gearing up for Grand Prix this weekend and the big one.... the quarter final of the Wizard ccup between 2 legends of the AFL - the Demons and the mighty Catazz - thought you would really be pleased about that !!!
Aidan, your going to have another 2nd cousin - Kate is having a baby in Aug.
Stay safe in your travels U2.

Hi Aiden and Bron,
WE miss you here. Sounds like you are having a fabulous time. Bron the trip as a tourist must be just the best experience for you - something to add to your extensive resume. I hope that you are both well. Nothing much has been happening here although we have started our Spanish lessons and need you here to practice with us! Jarrod is wonderful at this and I feel like the class dunst! It is getting a little bit easier now that we are learning grammar and everything. The woman just talks at us in Spanish - I really need to do my homework or I'll look even sillier in class. I think it's time for notes on my desk and the back of the toilet door.
We went and spent last Sunday with Graham and Ximena (there's some Spanish for you!) and had a wonderful day - we ate lunch out at the Food Gallery in Daylesford and then went to the Daylesford Lake and had a swim with the dogs. It was such a hot stifling day. The dogs get on quite well now - better than when our princess was sleeping inside on their first meeting. The only hitch was that Ruby grabbed a salad roll out of another family's picnic bag and ate it - Glad wrap and all. We were mortified. But apart from this and the fly-wire that Ruby ripped off Ximena and Graham's back door Ruby is getting better.
Anyway guapos/as I best be going. I can say "hasta luego", or "hasta manllana" Hmmmm. Ciaou for now.

Hi guys, glad to hear you well and happy. Well we are back in melbourne and have been for about two weeks now, Ian and I started thinking about our next trip on the flight home so just tossing around a few ideas at the moment. I can't say it would be by november so won't be able to catch up on your trip but maybe next time. I have finally finished school and actually graduated last week, now it is a made hunt for that perfect role that lets me travel the world !!! Can't see it happening but one can only dream. I'll keep you up dated on the front, but for the time being I'll just sit at me Shell desk and e-mail you guys for exciting news. Look after each other and I miss you guys heaps, well maybe Aidan's cooking mainly but ...... no really can't wait to see you both xxx Bel

Hey Mavis and A! Been a bit slack in chatting away on here but glad to hear it's still going well! The work sounds really challenging and gratifying and the people u work with sound like they're appreciative of your efforts...but u'd be used to that! Had a wonderful trip to the US at Christmas time and spent some time with friends in LA and SF and came back to work feeling like the holiday had never even happened! Customs and immigration were incredibly tough but thorough so it meant a few long lines and my bags being searched on EVERY flight, but thought that was better than feeling like no one was getting serached. (You may not have heard but Molly Meldrum had some stuff up where he didn't have the right visa and was held in custody upon entry into the US and put back on the next flight home...so they're taking it all pretty seriously! Am already ready to go away again...just the funds situation stopping me, so keep me posted when you guys start to head north and I may well be lurking around in the US again in another three months or so! Take care and continue to have fun and travel safe! PT..xx
