After Heritage Canyon we were driving back and passed a sign for the Buffalo Bill Homestead. What the heck, we have nothing else to do all day so we went. They do give tours but no one was home so we missed it. We just walked around the house, looked into the outbulding and tried to convince the buffalo to come closer. Yes those are real buffalo. The cabin had storage type stuff in it so we didn't go into it. And while here we saw the sign to Walnut Grove Pioneer Village.
