The computer will be put away tonight or tomorrow. I won't be able to update or post anything until we reach Newton Falls, Ohio. But once we are there I will finish updating the photos and blogs from Rock Island and from Plymouth, In if we do anything there. So we are off to Plymouth In.

At one time I'm sure this place was something to see. Especially with the mill and other things working. It's still pretty neat to see but is in some disrepair. The owner died a few years ago and whomever is the caretaker doesn't seem to have the passion for it the inventor did. But that's true in many cases. Today we went to a lot of places and took a ton of pictures. We started out at the Dutch Windmill in Fulton, IL. We got to see all over inside of it. We also visted the visitors center. I bought a post card and some mustard that they said was made there. They lied. And the same mustard was cheaper at Hy-vee but I'm getting over that. I really am. We got to try on some of the Dutch shoes and see how they grind the corn or wheat or whatever they happen to be...

Yesterday we went to Franks Pizza. This is the best pizza EVER. I didn't take a picture of the pizza to make you jealous I was too busy eating it. Today we went on the Celebration Belle narrated sightseeing cruise. We saw Lock & Dam 15 & Arsenal island. Then we went to Niabi zoo! The zoo was a good time. Well, we arrived in Rock Island at the KOA on 7/18/2012. I haven't been able to post anything because the internet access is horrible. But when we arrived Sally and Mike came to say hi we were so happy to see them! We discussed doing things together after the wedding. We went to the pool almost daily. It was HOT here. We're talking record temps. It was over 103 for a few days. So mostly we walked the dogs at the dog park and went to the pool then ate out....
