Sucre is 2 hours north of Potosi and a little lower thank goodness. Our group of 12 sadly decreased to 8. Potosi is the highest city in the world. Its a small pretty city. I was fine for the first day, for some reason i was sick the second. We crossed the Argentinain/Bolivian border together, stayed in a place called Tupiza for a night where we booked our tour for the Salt Flats. Bolivian buses are interesting...ive heard they are awful but our bus was over booked by 6 and 2 of our group were made to stand for the 4 hour journey.
