A relaxing at sea day today. Breakfast a little later we then went to a talk by the other speaker on board, this one about the Panama Canal. Still wasn't the best speaker I'd seen but he was much better & it was in the theatre so less crowded. We went up to the lawn deck to read for a while then had lunch in the dining room just after 1pm. At 2 I went to one of the shops for a small workshop on how to do smoky eyes then it was time for some more relaxing and then the pool, although it was getting on in the afternoon so a little cool without direct sun so I also jumped in the spa. We decided to watch the show 'Life' tonight at 7pm before dinner so had a drink at the bar then went and saw the singing dancing show which was pretty good with some very talented dancers. We decided to eat in the dining room again for dinner as it is more civilised than the buffet. As always after dinner we were ready for bed, today at least we had the excuse that we had to get up early for a shore excursion tomorrow.
