Day 38 - Cusco to Lima When booking our rout from Cusco to Lima we considered taking the bus for about 30 seconds and then when weighing up the options of a 17-22hr bus ride through the Andes Vs a 1hr 20min flight to Lima, we chose the flight very easily. Day 70 San Ignacio, Belize Today was a very interesting day of travel. First we headed south to a town close to the Mexico-Belize boarder called Chetumal where we had to then buy another ticket on wards to Belize City. Day 32 - 37 Salkantay trek The bus picked us up at 4:30 am and after a few stops it filled very quickly with trekkers and before we knew it there were 19 people in our group. A little more than the 9 total we were told were in our group yesterday. Day 27 - Back to Copacabana and onto Puno, Peru After a great breakfast overlooking Lake Titicaca we caught the ferry back to Copacabana where Brendan learnt a new card game from the Bolivian guys on the boat.
