Day 75 Coban We were only in Coban for less than 24hrs but it is worth writing about just for the food. Day 73-74 Semuc Champey Today was a long day of commuting but well worth it. Our shuttle bus picked us up at 6am, we were the last pick up stop. So this ment that we had the last 2 jammed seats in the 15 seater van. Day 71-72 Flores, Guatemala - Tikal We safely crossed the border from Belize and made our way to a little town in the North of Guatemala called Flores, which sits on an island in a lake. Day 68-69 Tulum We arrived into Tulum and walked the few hundred metres to our hostel, again with the sun beating down and sweat pouring from our brows. It was a cute little place set back from the main road with palm trees and tropical plants all around. Day 29-31 Cusco, Peru Our first full day in Cusco we spent walking around the streets, planning the next few parts of our trip, getting our gear ready for the trek and just enjoying some of the sights of Cusco. We followed some of the tourist trails between old sights, tried a new street food which was pretty much warm corn bread wrapped in a corn husk, safe and tasty on Mia's scale of street food.
