We arrived into La Paz at about 11.30 after our long journey from Uyuni.
Hotel seems nice enough and has again really hot water with the power shower. We're both really tired and just rested for an hour before our guide took us out somewhere to eat. They have siesta time during the middle of the day when most shops are shut, and that combined with it being Sunday made it really hard to find somewhere close to eat.
We all felt like something quick to eat that wasn't LLama meat, or Peanut soup so we decided to head to BK which we'd seen on the map. Our guide suggested we take a taxi as it wasn't that close (10 Bolivianos), and when we got there we realised that we could work.
Food was ok, but sometimes the thought is better than the actual meal. We walked back to the hotel and I wasn´t feeling very well and actually threw up my whole meal in the toilet back at the hotel (just wanted to share that with everyone).
Rest of the day was spend resting in bed, Tony went out for an evening meal with what is left of the group now that 2 left us in Uyuni to continue their journey south. Group now consists of Tony, myself and Rennee (Canadian). Really small group and Rennee will leave us in one week meaning Tony and I will have a private guide for 2 weeks.
Monday morning we did a tour of the city (20 US each). Our guide was a young lady, really nice and knowledgeable about the city.
