Well we finally arrived in Broome for a much anticipated family reunion,hence the tardiness in posting our blog. We have spend all our time catching up with all the things that Brett Aliesha and the kids have been doing up till now,so many wonderful stories,makes you really jealous.
We haven't done a lot of the touristy things in Broome as they are all pretty expensive, a trip to the vertical falls is $800 each so we will have to give that one a miss. We have finally got to swim in the sea on the west coast and it was beautiful until they closed the beach because the spotted a croc, but all good it was open the next day so we were back to swimming again . The pool in the park is huge but a bit cool, although the kids don't seem to notice it, the sea water is actually warmer.
It has been very relaxing here,the weather has been a perfect 33 degrees and we have noticed a complete absence of flies,Mosquitos and all other bugs,maybe that is why people are attracted to Broome.
We will probably stay here for about 10 days then head across to the bungle bungles with Brett and family.
