Tuesday 25th June Last day in Aix - so took it easy. Bit warmer so walking slower!!!! Checked out the station - bought our tickets to Marseilles for tomorrow. Perused a few more boutiques- Lyn found a great pair of slacks and tops. Nothing for me - must have Elephantisis!!! French women are so petite. Lunch - and then back to apartment to pack up

Monday 24th June Cooking classes- met Chef Gilles Conchy with several others - and off we went to the markets( held every day) While at markets he explained “ peppers should be a little wrinkled but not rotten” !, He bought produce from farmers he knew - then went on to a butcher.
