As predicted, getting to Granada was a bit of a nightmare. We left at 10.30 and didnt get to our guest house in Granada til about 9.30. We're up in the hills with a view of the Alhambra. Its lovely here, the place is like a house and it's so relaxed and homely we've decided to stay another night and recharge our batteries as we're all a little rundown.
Today we got up a lot later than intended, had a fry up and played with the 5 week old puppy, Theodore, that the staff of the guesthouse are looking after. We then headed off to the Alhambra. Its raining today so that made things less fun. It was a pity though, it was beautiful but there were so many bits cordoned off there wasnt really much scope for exploring. We're having dinner cooked by the staff tonight and chilling out, maybe going to get some free tapas and some drinks.
so far we've been trying to do loads every day so it feels good to not do anything for a bit.
