A very lazy start watching Sunday morning TV in bed. We are begining to get into the 'Grey Nomad' mood with some ease. A beautiful sunny morning was on offer even though rain was forcast. Every local said the forcast was crap and it never rains here. Well they were right, a sunny 22c day was in store. We went to the 'Outback Show' at the info centre late morning followed by a cruise on the Darling River on a paddlesteamer this afternoon with a very interesting historical commentary. Tonight there is a camp fire and roast dinner on offer with our fellow nomads at the place we are staying. Cunnamulla in Queensland tomorrow. We cross the border and will not be back for about 9 weeks. Bye bye the cold wintery south

Tracy & Rob Hope you both enjoyed your roast dinner and camp fire. Good to here you'll be in the same state as me tomorrow. My goodness the stories you'll have after this adventure I'm sure would make for an interesting read.Sounds like a nice balmy day was had. You could end up writinga book about the Travels of the Stroudies, I'd buy it. safe travel my friends xx
Steve J Roast dinner goes well with a red wine. (I'm sure you're fully aware)
