We headed towards Northern Cape at 8am this morning. Had a quick breakfast by the campfire, took down our tents then off we went. It was a long and bumpy ride, however it was very scenic. We had an early start today.Had breakfast at 7am then started heading up north at around 8. We have an overland vehicle with huge windows and decently comfy seats. We stopped at a sanctuary where there were tons of birds, mainly parrots. One came extremely close to biting me. There were also lions, Siberian tigers, and black leopards. We arrived into Cape Town at 1215pm. It was a long journey to get here : 32 hours including all the layovers. However, it was definitely worth it . Cape Town is beautiful with a stunning landscape, white sandy beaches, and table mountain as its backdrop. Even though its winter right now, it's still warm out. It's 23 degrees today .
