We went onto a bus trip to the eye. For Meg and Dad, the Eye was thrilling and for Mum and Tom, the arcade was awesome. Tom enjoyed bowling (although he found it hard because there were no bumpers). Everyone learned valuable lessons about history. Firstly, it is stupid if you're in the early 1900s to decide to take what seems like a very cool cruise ship that does not have any defense against icebergs. Secondly, do not do things that could cause a fire in London in about 1666 when if you caused a fire, it was pretty much impossible to stop it. Thirdly, America actually had kings. Fourthly, if you want to avoid being laughed at by egyptians then face your sphinx away from your monument. Lastly, 4D movies are a lot more fun than you expect.
