Thursday: We drove to the campsite and parked in the paradise pitch which had a barbecue, a sink and sun loungers. We had a lazy day on the beach and let the sun shine down on our skin. Having spent the last couple of months on harbours with one or two motorhomes for company or campsites with maybe 5 or 6 other motorhomes we were slightly put out to arrive at our "Paradise Pitch" (copyright DRB) and find a huge motorhome on the pitch next door.... but in seconds the children were gone, we had a beach in the back garden, there were other people on their holidays not just travellers like us, the sun was shining and there was a kids club. The coastline in Croatia is beautiful and we have enjoyed the amazing views of the islands but the beaches have been fairly non-existent for sandcastle making so we had to spend the morning in Nin as we could see that it looked like actual REAL sand and it didn't look like it had been shipped in... It was a beautiful spot and we could have stayed longer if we hadn't got a "Paradise Pitch on Pag" booked for later in the day.

It was another day of two parts today. We woke in Pakostane and headed off on the bikes early to explore as there were bike paths in every direction... we cycled alongside Lake Vrana, the largest lake in Croatia to Drage and then realising that it was getting late we headed back to pack up and drive North to the main destination for the day.
