Left Antigua at 5pmon Tuesday for the two day sail back to Florida. So Wednesday was a late rise, well late for us that is 8am, then breakfast with Ian and Fiona in Blu. Had a message from our friends in Cape Coral that it was pointless going to see them as the area was still without fuel, petrol shortage and they were working on restoring the damage. So quick decision and an email to Arthur at Dial A Flight and we are now booked at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando for a couple of days in the Theme parks. Laid on a sun bed by the pool most of the morning and then a call to Bedworth. This afternoon sat reading and chilling. Then a few quiet beers in the Sunset Bar. Picture here is Jonie one of the barman in the Martini Bar, as the picture shows really funny guy always up to something. Just after I said this one of his colleagues poured 7 cocktails at the same time, see the photo of the finished drinks!! Amazing. Dined in Murano in the evening. To be honest was not that impressed considering it was supposed to be the best restaurant on the ship. Sommelier was not very good, waited a long time for our food. However as far as Lesley was concerned they redeemed themselves with a superb cheeseboard.
Thursday, last day at sea before our arrival in Miami at 6 in the morning. Breakfast at 8am then up into the pool deck for our last lady morning. Glass of Kir Royale just before lunch, ate in Oceanview and then back to the cabin to pack as luggage is collected at 8pm tonight. Plan to have a couple of last Sunset Bar Beers and then dinner in Blu. As above not too late a night as early start tomorrow
