hey have finally left rio after spending about 2 weeks there, during which my sis was lucky enough to have the pleasure of joining us! a real treat! we partyed the nights away on the streets of Lapa, some crazy hip hop club, a school disco style warehouse and even in the favela! the favela funk party was certainly an experience i will not be forgetting in a hurry. hey kids weve now been in rio a few days and are absolutely loving it. went up to sugar loaf mountain today for sunset which was gorgeous! we are also of course loving the new found sun and being back on the beaches where we have finally witnessed some fitness! its taken 7 months!but hey were not complaining!
