Sunday 21st January Well, it's been a while since the last update but we have been very busy. The reason that we have been busy and not been updating the site is because we have been planning our return. We managed to get to our Health Retreat and survived the fasting and reached the point when we had had enough of the trip and decided to return home earlier than originally planned.
