Hi all!!! Arrived safely on Phi Phi Don. Today we volunteered and helped unload a ship full of supplies. Hoping to do some more. Weather has been a bit rainy today and I heard a rumour there may be a monsoon!!! I think its all talk though. Off for some food and Sig wants to get a thai massage!!! Some how I don't think thai massage here is the same as that in Bangkok, he may be a little dissapointed. Well done Char on your coursework! Good luck for the rest of the exams. thnx, not lukn 4ward 2 my exams!!!! found out about my graphics coursework result 2day-which is60% of my GCSE - i got "94 out of 95"!!!!! - i got highest mark!!!!!!! so me n mum r very pleased!!! had my german oral as well 2 day dint go 2 bad but i was reali nervous!! nt wantn 2 leave school now!! but going bk 2 6th form, but not everyone is!!! well iv thought about it 2 day and changed my mind about job im wanting lol- want 2 be a primary school teacher now!!!

On to Phi Phi tomorrow. Phuket has been nice but it is very quiet. It is so different to Koh Tao. You can really start to see some of the effects of the tsunami which is quite shocking. we are going to volunteer hopefully and do some beach cleaning when we get to Phi Phi. The vibe is really positive and not at all defeative. All the locals want is for the tourists to return and they are very welcoming. Our hotel is fantastic and has only just re opened after being destroyed. You wouldn't even know anything had happened to it. It is so remarkable. We really have so much respect for these people. Glad to hear things are still ok with you both. The main news of the day is that Ian and Vicky are going to add to their family. They announced it today,when everybody was around here for lunch. The stag weekend was brilliant. We were all cream crackered by the end of it. Still recovering now. We started out at 5 am. Its the first time I've started drinking at 5.30 in the morning. Liquid breakfast ;you can't beat it. Rob and Ann have gone St Lucia for a couple weeks. Rob says he's needs it to get over the stag do. Tom is going to have a driving test with Arriva tommorow, so fingers crossed. Anyway, lokk after yourselves. We will be looking forward to hearing from you and seeing some more photo's. Hi V & S, So glad to hear you are enjoying it.. The lads had a good weekend if not alittle drunk most of the time, luckly your dad was there as a guide!! Vic - i didnt realise your dad look so good in a pair of lepoard skins......... Nanna was confused but impressed by the photo's!!! ( We have proof!). We've just had sunday dinner at mams and watched the "stag" weekend video, all abit too much for nanna! Keep the pics coming really enjoying reading what you are up too..
