So it's been a while and yes I have loads to update you all with!!!

The 2nd we headed out to Kings Cross just to exprience it and yes the ladies of the night, they work days too!!! Eek It's really strange actually as there is obviously alot of money in the area and yet it's the red light district. After that we walked down to the Rocks just to have a look around when we weren't drunk, it's really nice, funky little area with loads of posh resteraunts and stuff.

3rd - Ah yes we headed up to Palm Beach a.k.a Home and Away!!! and yes you can recognise it all, we had a pic outside the surf club that has Mr Stewarts name on it. We walked up to the lighthouse and it was a mission!!! lopts of climbing up millions of stairs and abit of boulder jumping!! Very worth it though amazing view, we had to climb back down and walked back along the calmer side of the beach as it is only about 300m wide from rough sea to a small bay on the other side, you'll see in the photos. We got the bus back as it took about 2 hours to get there and we didn't want to leave it to late as we stil had to pack ready for our trip up to Byron bay.

4th - We had to check out by 10 and as we were staying out of town we headed for the greyhound station to store our bags there for the day, nightmare though they shut at 6 so we would have to pick our bags up 4 hours before the bus was due (we have alot of bags!!!) So we headed for Bondi as we were supposed to meet loads of people there (weren't we Sian!!! ah only joking luv!!!) we headed down onto the beach and we got totally sand blasted not what you want when you know the next shower is so far away!!! We met up with Fran a girl we met in Fiji, so nice to see her again we were advising her about NZ. So we headed back after afew hours got our bags and sat in Hungry Jacks a.k.a Burger King until they started cleaning up around us and shifted us along!!! The organisation at the greyhound is ridiculous!!! There are 4 busses that turn up, you had to get to the front show them your ticket and they would say yes this bus or no so you had to do it afew times, we know people that got seperated and put on seperate busses and all sorts. Anyhoo we watched Harry Potter on the bus but we fell asleep, we had a meal break at 1am of course who doesn't eat at that time in the morning!!! Then we got to Byron Bay at about 10:30am

5th - Byron Bay totally loved this place!!! It's so chilled and Hippy like plenty of stoners and some very very strange people. We got into our hostel which was really nice and we had these giant water dragons walking around it was soo wicked, Paul stopped in his path when he saw one a little shocked I think but he liked them. We met up with the 4 lads we met in Fiji - Andy, Ad, Drew and Lewis -we met them on the beach and there was this guy walking along and it was like he was acting out a muscial as he was walking along and he kept stoping and singing and doing little shimmys and stuff so funny we reacon it takes him a good hour to do a 5 min walk!!! so we went and booked everything all the way up the coast so it's nice not to have to think about things to be honest!! We decided to go out for afew drinks that night as the lads wanted to meet up with 4 girls from London, while we were getting ready I was chatting to a girl in the toilets and I found it hilarious as she thought I was Brazilian (I wish!!) hahaha then I got I.D'd going into the pub so I had to have a massive stamp on my arm to say I was over 18 hell I'm nearly 10 years over!!! EEEEKKK!! So Paul found it funny again that I was so drunk off about 4 buds!! cheap date I have no idea what he is complaining about!!!

6th - we hit the beach, this place is wicked they have massive waves and it's so chilled, we wanted to go to Nimbin but the tour was fully booked. from the sounds of it its abit of a mental trip if you know what I mean!! We had fun just chilling out on the beach, it was a really hot day so we were happy to top up the ol' tans!!!

7th - We moved on again tiday headed up to Surfer Paradise, paradise my arse!!! It's like going to one of the greek islands, the hostel was horrible. We were staying in a 20 bed dorm, there were 3 ceiling fans and 4 fans plug into and extension cable so if you wanted to charge anything you had to unplug a fan!!! I slept with my feet out of a window one night it was soooo hot. We decided to go out for afew drinks anyway so we got showered along with our little cockroach friend we shared our shower and toilets with and headed out as quickly as we could. Paul was steaming!!! he was nearly sick in one place so don't worry El you'll be able to drink him right under the table at x-mas this year!!!

8th - It was abit over cast to be honest although still really warm and muggy so we headed to the beach for abit as the boys wanted to hammer some waves, I think Ad was in the waves, he turned his back to it and put his hands on his hips and was just waiting for a wave to take him out, he wasn't expecting the small child body surfing the wave to nopse dive him in the back and absolutly hammer him, apparently it was hilarious!!! Me and Paul then took a little wonder round to take it all in, we saw someone bungy off a little crane didn't look that scary but the ones in NZ so are!!! We all decided after getting no sleep the night before that we would go to the cinema, we watched Yes Man which I think we all enjoyed other than Drew who actualyl slept through the whole film!!!

9th - YES WE MOVED ON!!!! we headed for Brisbane. We got there at a resonable time but we got sepereated Paul was in a 6 bed with fans and I was in an 8 bed with air con but there was no air con, it was also the party room, someone had foam all over their pillow and it stank of sweat and beer and goon, the guy under me has been travelling for the last 8 years I think someone needs to grow up!! anyhoo we decided to have afew drinks in the hostel but we all chipped in and the lads cooked us a fab spag bol very nice then we headed to the hostel bar. The place was full of attitude, basically only about 5 women and 20 men to much testosteronebeing thrown around, I believe there were 2 fights that night, it was also fancy derss night and when the fight kicked off we saw Robin Hood runing up the stairs off to safety or maybe he was after a better aim with his bow and arrow (Robin Hood was the guy under my bed) when I went to bed I found white powder (washing powder I think) and a bow and arrow on my bed so I decided to go and share with Paul instead, so we squeezed into the top bunk together very precarious!!

10th - We just hung out around the hostel, we did take a walk into town but it's just a big city like any other to be honest. Pretty bpring day just topping up the tans again and we decided to go to the cinema again, we watched The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, I liked it, thought it was quite sad but I think the boys were abit bored. So we got back I rang home and spoke to Dad for abit, Paul headed straight for bed. I again shared with Paul, in the night there was some squeaking going on and I didn't really register what it was but then a canadian girl in the room kicked off going "Gary I'm assuming that its you get out it's disrespectful and disgusting GET OUT RAAAAHHHH!!! Paul said he rolled over just as the sheet they put up feel down and he has the image of a fat canadian chick sat on a skinny fella burned onto his retinas!!! hahaha

11th - we got the bus to Noosa. This place is soooooo nice!!! We just had some drinks in the hostel, we got a free dinner (always a good thing!!!) and it was Karyoke (no idea how you spell it I hate it) but Paul did get up with the lads and sang a beautiful redition of Wonderwall so Mum next time you get that darn micraphone thing out you know what you can have Paul singing, with Drew doing Barbie Girl it'll be a top night!!! Paul was playing a drinking game with the boys and some Irish lads, well it ended badly Paul was on the bus with Drew and they both drank alot!!!! Paul was on the water for the rest of the night (see he can be sensible!!)

12th - We headed for the beach again, just another day, just another beach!!! It's really nice although a very thin strip until the tide goes out at night. The town is also really nice, very chilled and a little more up to date than Byron. Me and paul got the bus back and the 4 London girls were on there, so we got them to get tickets for the zoo tomorrow too. We had afew drinks and then we bumped into another couple we met in Surfers so we had a massive crowd, we had a really good night. Paul was playing pool with some inbreds that were desperate to play for beers apparently they smelled bad too - he just said he beat them!!! We went to bed quite early as we had to get up early for the zoo. They guy in our room was snoring his head off so we didn't really get much sleep which sucks!!!

13th - Australia Zoo!!!! AMAZING!!!! We went straight in and saw all the crocs then we went to the Crocosium to watch the show and it was fab, birds flying right over your head and stuff and they brought snakes round and the elephants came through too. Then Terri, Bindi and Robert all came out for the Croc part I didn't think they would do it but there they were it was awesome. We headed back round to see some more then went to watch the tigers. they had 3 young tigers playing jumping in the water, drinking milk and stuff it was totally the best bit for me. Then me and Paul ran off to get our pics taken with a Koala Bear soooo cute she was 3 years old and called Ellen. Then we went to feed the Elephants then it was time to go. Wow that all sounds so rushed but it wasn't, we chilled out with some Roo's, saw some snakes and more Koala's we even just saw Bindi and Terri just walking around the zoo. soooo cool. So we only got back a little while ago so we had a curry from the hostel then we're going to sort our bags out as we head for Hervey Bay tomorrow then we are out on the self drive 4x4 trip on Fraser Island the largest sand island in the world.
