Happy Easter everybody and also Happy Thai New Year!

That's today and we just came back totally wet from a little scooter trip around the island Ko Landa, south of Krabi. On New years day it's normal to have a water party on the streets. Which means that everybody is gathering on the side of the road to make everybody wet who passes by. Well we were the one's passing by, and they first starting with little water pistols and ending with whole buckets full of water. Sometimes ice-cold! But it was fun to see how the people here celebrate.

We hade some days on this island, finally found some time to just chill on the beach. Well one day (Niels is not that good in just sitting and working on his tan) at the end. Lukily the bar here had a surfboard hanging inside the bar (with the name of the bar on it), so he had the first surfing experience here. Well the board was too little, without fins and the waves were also very small, but we had lot's of fun with bodyboarding. And now we are real patriots, looking red-white-red because of the aggressive sun here.

What else did we do? Scootering through lovely Krabi along the beautiful lime-stone-coast, daytrip to Ko Phi Phi (The Beach movie), snorkeling, lot's of travelling (24 hrs from Bangkok to Krabi).

Tomorrow we leave from here and say Bye, bye Thailand, hello Malaysia. That's gonna be another long day on the road to Georgetown and the day after we hopefully reach the Cameron Highlands with it's beautiful thee plantages on 1500 m above sea level.
