We arrived in Bangkok airport at 9:20pm, it was a long flight, and the plane wasn't too bad. We got out of the airport, and it was absolutley disgusting!!!! The heat and the noise was just incredible, the humidity here is pretty similar to Brisbane. We had to jump into a couple of taxi's to go to our hostel As there were a few of us!! We didn't however have a map or where we were going, as the other taxi driver in front of us had it. We of course lost them!!!! We were getting very nervous, as we lost the other taxi, it took over an hour to find the hostel and we got lost twice!!! We arrived at the hotel hot and exhausted. The drivers here are bloody crazy... we had tuk tuk's and scooters/motorbikes all around us... the best part of the trip is when we saw an Elephant on the side of the road it was one of the cooliest thing's i have seen, and very foreign too!! We did a lot of sight seeing today, but i need to explain later, as i have to go and have a look at all the places i went to then i can repor back!! We did however go to the Patpong markets and got some awesome deals!!! Must go, i need some sleep, we are flying out to Phuket tomorrow morning so need to get up earlier.
