Well what an interesting hotel to stay in Edinburgh. Last night went to the Standing Orders Pub in Rose Street for drinks. Rose st is not as beautiful as it once was it is tooodern now. Well that was certainly a marathon. Woke up at 3am after farewell drinks with the tour and got a taxi to Marco Polo Airport for a 6.30 flight. Got there a half hour early and then put both bags through. Weight now 29kgs. It is not only my feet that have expanded. Fell asleep on the 2.00 hr flight to Amsterdam which was delayed in the air for 1.2 hour. Then realised that i had just 1.2 hr to get through this huge airport to my departing gate.
