G'Day Mates, We are now 3 weeks into our Big Trip. We are having a fantastic time. We have been spending alot of time on the Beach and in the pub. We live really near Bondi and the beach is really beautiful there. It's really nice to see how many different people have posted messages to us. It really makes us smile & it's weird that we're at the other side of the world but you all seem so close. We have another 2 months left in Sydney my sister Karen is visiting in two weeks then we are planning to travel up coast to Brisbane. We are looking into the option of either buying a camper van or taking a train with the option of unlimited stops and doing some camping along the way. As you can see from the photos the weathers been up and down .... we've had proper hailstorms and temps upto 38C it's so warm sometimes it needs a right big thunderstorm which we've had loads. We saw someone drown on Manly Beach the other day... well we didn't see him drown as he was already drowned when they found him... theres alot of rip tides which pull you out to sea... your ment to swim between the flags but nobody does.. they also have nets to keep out the sharks .. our caretaker says theres a rouge shark in Circular Quay.. he says it's a cross between a bull tiger and great white.. he says he's seen it knock somebody out of their boat and eat them, and it took off a womans leg when she was walking her dog... I think he may be pulling my leg!!!.
