Set off from KL at lunch after having starbucks coffee and pastry for breakfast. Bit of a nightmare journey, 1hour in the bus made a really loud bang and realised it had a puncture! Had to crawl really slowly to the garage....2hours away! There, the tyre was changed and we made the 2 hour trip up the mountains to our village at about 1200m. Arrived there about 6pm. Weather quite cool and occasionaly rain, but made a nice change for the stuffy heat of KL. Had a quiet eve at a local chinese.

On the 24th we took a half day tour with Claire and Kirsty from our group. Visisted the highest point in the Cameron Highlands and visted a tea plantation, strawberryfarm and the tea factory. The views were stunning and tried the local tea in a passion fruit flavour, was very nice!! We then visited the butterfly farm where we both held a snake, butterfly and a camelion. Was really good! Claire held a scorpian and a millipeede too! Got back to our roon and had a nap before going for dinner in the eve. Off to Penang early tomorrow.:-0
