We just had a few days here which is more than enough - there isn't a huge amount to see in the city itself. However, it is much better once you get out into the countryside. There are many wineries in the region, the most famous being Jacobs Creek, so of course, we went on a winery tour! :o)I have to admit that even after being told about how you can tell how old a wine is, or what flavours you should be tasting with certain wines etc several times, all I can tell you is that white wine tastes like white, and red tastes like red!!!!!!!!Still, that's not to say that I didn't enjoy tasting all the different wines (and helping out those people that didn't want to drink theirs)!
