HA!! okay.. here goes... again - waaaay too much to try and write about :P

The last few days again have been seeeerriously awesome. In fact I think it's been these few which have really made me feel like a true backpacker traveller - almost like a propper initiation!

So after I passed my Open Water Diving course, I definately CHILLED on Koh Tao for a while - I actually got kinda ill straight after the course - possibly cause by drinking too much the day before my last two dives... but.. shh... Felt rough and lost my appetite (which actually saved me some precious bob) so my last few days on Koh Tao werent as crazy as the rest - but the chill out time was class.

Anywaayyyyzzz... Koh tao was the ultimate meeting point - met loads of wicked people, and spent a lot of time deciding how to tackle the full moon party on Koh Phangan. I was gunna do a Party Boat which arives on the evening of, and departs the morning after. But in the end I found a couple of people to go with and left for Koh Phangan 2 days before the Party to set ourselves up there for a while.......And im soooo pleased I did!! Without a shadow of a doubt, the nights I had here were the bestive had, and may ever have - I swear! :D

We arrived on the island in the morning after a 2 hour boat journey - and spent around 2 or 3 more searching for a place to stay - we began to get a bit worried as EVERYTHING in and around Haad Rin (PARTY ZONE) was either fully booked or cost around 25 pounds a night :S But eventually... tucked away... we found THE best place to stay :D :D A nice bungalow with 3 single beds (one each) a spacious bathroom, free wi-fi, cheap-as Chang beer, and without a doubt the nicest little Thai Lady ive met - on the night of the Party she actually stayed up all night patrolling the bungalows to make sure briggons didn't come and steal our stuff! :D I ended up writing all here advertising signs for her - "Motorbikes For Rent" etc etc :P haha... and teaching her how to use a extremely complicated ceramic plate cooker!? :P Had to get a picture :D

We were also just round the corner from an absolute legend of a restaurant owner! This guy had a little Thai food stall, from behind which he would BLAST out trance tunes (that he'd created) from dusk till dawn. This guy was actually friends with one of the guys from Infected Mushroom! He even gave us some Coca leaves to chew to give us "The Power" for the night :D :D GOOOOOOD TIIIIMES! :D

On our first day we explored the island for a bit - planned to rent bikes and go round the island for a day - but obviously, due to excessive CHang drinking and party hardness... that didnt happen :P What we did find though was a really nice Muay Thai boxing training arena and gym. We got some awesome (if seeeerrriously sweaty) training, and I killed myself in the gym :P - Im stillll aching from that :D

So now to the actual party... My word.... Although - actually - even though I hate to say it, and this probably has something to do with the fact that I was still aching to s*** on the actually full moon night - but the build up Party the night before was actually sooo much better! I ended up having 3 damn strong buckets - and had the best rave of my life in a F**KING FOAM PARTY ON THE BEACH! before that I was jumping over fire skipping ropes and diving thorugh suspended fire rings - I have the odd wound from that :P (from landing badly - not burns - although there were some nasty incidents) It was crazy because I ended up meeting so many people I knew! Even people I hadn;t seen since WESTERN ROAD!! NO s***! :D :D But I really cannot describe how increadible that night was (Az we gotta chat :P) - Dancing infront of a 20ft wall of speakers - made my man t*** shake and hair stand on end! :D

I really dont know how I found my way back to the bungalow that night at around 4 in the morning. That the only part of the night a really can't remember. I hid my flipflops in a bush on the beach before I hit the party - and I woke up the next morning and thought 's*** - I've lost my flip flops! :(' but when I got up ... there they were! I DO NOT HAVE A CLUE how the hell I found them. Good to know that I wont lose my stuff even when im RUINED! :P But that night took its toll - (worth it) I woke up with serious muscle aches from the workout :P and one interesting taste in my mouth. It didnt stop me from getting all UV painted up that night and having an awesome all-nighter watching the sun come up on 'sunrise beach' for the actual Full Moon Party - But nothing will beat the night before... nothing....

Well... im gunne leave the essay there - there's loads I still want to include but ive prob bored you enough already. I'm now in Bangkok for a couple of night before my organised Hike Bike and Kayak Tour starts on the 2nd. Ive yet to find where I have to meet people... but ill let you know when it under way.
