Today we had a little lay in then headed out to the zoo, the easiest way to get there is by ferry and this meant walking to the Circle Quay which is next to the Opera House. We got our tickets and a bacon sandwich as headed off on the ferry, this was really good as you sail past the Opera House which gives you a whole new view of it!
We arrived at the base of the zoo really quickly and headed off on the sky train up to the main gate. The zoo itself was amazing ad really well laid out - we wandered around for hours just looking at as much as possible! We got to get a photo next to Koala which was really cool, we also saw some Komodo dragons, platapus, penguins, lots f snakes and loads of other animals! It was a really good day and we got home around 5pm. We grabbed some food then headed to Hyde Park to catch the train to central Sydney to meet up with Judy again - we had a few drinks as another chat and headed back home for another early night as we are getting up early to see the sunrise tomorrow!
