So since the last update...

I have been taught how to make a dacquiri the south american way ie extremely strong. used quater of a bottle of bacardi! Watch out xmas 2011!

Our last day at Iguazu falls Argentina was amazing, we walked a lot of the trails and had a lovely morning. We paid extra to do an Ecological boat ride down the rivers flowing into the falls. it was a bit rubber boat thing and we were given life jackets. the bloke only had oars, no engine so we thought it a bit hairy when we could see devils throat approaching! saw a croc along the bank. was so peaceful and lovely although sweltering in our lifejackets!

We left Puerto Iguazu at 5pm on a luxury bus, full cama, ohhh yes! out of the 17 hours i think i slept 15of them! was brilliant. i wouldve slept more but they stuck on a film so loud and i had the mic above my head, not a nice awakening!

We got to Buenos Aires at 10am yesterday and immediately felt like this is the place to be. the hostel we are at is called millhouse and its supposedly the best hostel and doesnt sleep. we even have a 4 bed dorm tho we booked a 6 so we love it! sharing with a guy who works at the bar in the sister hostel down the road. and its the first time we have had lockers to store all our belongings.

So first day we had a chilled day exploring the streets. they have a market in Peru street where craft traders are making and selling their craft products. I got 2 pairs of earings, a ring and a bracelet already! theyre lovely. We had empanadas for lunch in Sacremento, different from the ones at Arcas, i duno what is the norm for those, theyre different in each continent it seems! its funny that the road names are places too, weve been all over south america and north already!

We had a few games of pool and cocktails in the afternoon and then in the eve we had a tango lesson for free. There was a lack of men so i stepped up to the plate and became the man for the hour and natalie had to put up with me as her dance partner! was hilarious. im not the most natural dancer ever but we think we totally nailed it. just gotta try remember it! Learnt some fancy flicks between legs n all sorts!

We went to a recommended place for a steak and my gosh it was the best steak i think ive ever had. it was beautifully tender and mouthwatering in flavours. ahh just spot on :)
