Hey guys! Managed to get online again today, they have about 10 pcs at this hostel which is great, the other hostels only had 1 at each so was hard to get on, and this one is much cheaper so thats good news! We didn't manage to watch the footy yesterday, couldn't stay awake! Today we decided to go to the Great Victoria Market. We took a free shuttle bus directly to it, it was quite good as they have commentry onboard which tells you what you are driving past so that was useful to know. The weather today was not too good. Luckily it was not that cold, well, it was cold but the beanie and gloves were not needed! I did however, need to wear my anorak...don't ask how I came to own one cos I'll only lie and say I found it in my rucksack, must've been my lovely mother that packed it for me.... :0P So anyways, we headed to the market looking very fashionable (amazing how I don't care what I look like when I'm in another country, but yet back home I never go out without make-up or my hair brushed! lol). The market was really good, it was HUGE! Think they get 125 thousand visitors a week. Not sure if that figure is right but its in the thousands! lol. So we got quite a few things from there. Think we did quite well considering we've been away for a week now and this is our first shopping trip :0) Haven't even thought about trying to carry it all to Sydney next week and won't until the last minute otherwise it'll only stress me out! But I'm sure we'll amuse many as we try and maneuvore ourselves to the train station... :0) We then got the shuttle back to the hostel and spent some time in our room. At 6pm there was a bbq in the hostel, which was free. It was pretty good. We've booked a tour for tuesday to the Great Ocean Road which should be good, though get picked up at 7.30am so that'll be an interesting one! They said its about 14hrs so that'll be a long day! But not got anything on for weds yet so plenty of time to recover. We're both very excited about tomorrow now :0) Will keep you all informed :0) Hope everyone is ok. Keep in touch.
