On Thursday Katrina and her sister took us to Red Cliff which is on the Gold Coast. There was a lagoon and pier there and some little shops so we had a look round those. Then we went to a shopping centre to have some lunch and get one of the underwater cameras developed. Some of the pics came out quite well but you can't see the colours in most which is annoying. Theres an interestng one of me in my snorkel gear, I took it underwater but for some reason I have ginger hair! lol so we spent ages trying to work out who it was (Ali's a redhead for those that don't know her!) but we fnally agreed it was me so not sure whats going on with that! Katrina had to work that afternoon and evening so we spent the afternoon relaxing, watching tv and readng our books. On Friday Jonathans mum and aunt offered to take us out for the day as Kat was working. So we were picked up in the morning. We went to the Glass House Mountans and walked up Mount Beerburrum, it was soooooo steep! The horriblest walk we've ever done! Then we drove to Manely and had a picnic in a national park there and then went to Montville and looked round the shops which were really quaint. After that we went to another park which has a waterfall so we went on another long walk to fnd it. It was a good day out, though very tiring! In the evening Kat took us to a comedy club in town. It was a good night, though we had trouble with some of the jokes as they were very ozzy so we didn't always know what they were talking about! lol. But they didn't joke about the english too much which was good! Today we are going to the Sunshine Coast to stay wth ali's cousin and her husand and chlden. We are hirng a car so Ali's gone to pick it up now. Then tomorrow we go to the Australian Zoo. Hope everyone is well. Take care! xxxxxxxxxx
