Journey was 19 hours and i was sat next to some fat bloke who decided to get off at every bloody stop.

We arrived in Natal midday and straight to HI hostel, which was a witches castle full of black cats and overpriced rooms with clown paintings on the wall - what a treat!

Day 1 - beach, eat and sleep (with earplugs)

Day 2 - New hostel, beach, eat, internet, movie channel 55 intolerable cruelty and sleep(with earplugs)

Day 3 - 70p bus to centre of Natal but decided to stay on for round trip as Tenerife lived up to its reputation. Beach, internet, eat, movie channel 55 the holiday, sleep (with earplugs)

Day 4 - beach, eat, internet, eat, Ari arrived to rescue us (man from Del Monte but now Asda), movie channel 55 taken and then zero sleep with earplugs!

Day 5 - 6am, you´re having a laugh! Ari picked us up in his wagon and made our way to Mossoro - magic.

The end!

In all honesty Natal was a plie of crap but have never learnt so much about Brazil from Ari on the way to Mossoro. He has so much knowledge of the area, the history, the agriculture. He works for IPO, supplies fruit to Asda and has kindly taken all of us into his home to live with his family for the week while we fruit pick on a melon farm.
