So we had our bus back to Santiago as they were all full for us to go straight to San Pedro. It worked out quite well though as some friends we had met way back in Vietnam and again in NZ were staying in the same hostel. So off we went, traipsed from the train station in boiling hot heat back to Casa Roja, to find that the had stupidly recieved our booking but not saed us a bed and were completely full. We were fuming. About an hour later they finally got us into another hostel around the corner but Jamesd made the guy walk us round and carry my bags as my back had been hurting loads.

It was a bleasing in disguise really though. Such a gorgwous boutique hostel with the biggest and comfiest beds. That night we went back to the origonal hostel to meet Sam and Jade for a few drinks before we tucked ourselfs up for the night before the dreaded 24 hour bus to San Pedro.
