Day Nine: August 16, 2010: Our last day in Cairns. We went for a rainforest tour. We stopped at 4 places. The first was the Mamu rainforest canopy walk. Second was Josephine falls, there they had a natural waterslide that ended into a freshwater pool. It was so much fun to swim there. My camera strap broke and my camera fell to the bottom of the pool. I couldn't quite swim down to the bottom to get it. Luckily our amazing tour guide was a good swimmer, we were able to find it, and he swam down to get it for me! Third stop was the town of Babinda, where we got to look at some aboriginal art and listen to a digerydoo player. Last stop was the Babinda boulders- more waterfalls and a still freshwater pool for swimming. When we got back we went downtown for dinner, then out for pool and drinks (2-for-1 highballs yea!), only ended staying out till 11:30pm or so. Had to get some sleep before our flight the next morning.

Day Ten: August 17, 2010: Today we arrived in Melbourne. Our hotel is awesome, it is huge, about the size of our upstairs (I totally got a steal on expedia), full kitchen, seating area, bathroom and bedroom. We got checked in, went for groceries and played some cards, updated pictures, being lazy. Most of the family is staying here too, so we all met up in one room for dinner, then headed for bed.
