So here it begins... The start of our amazing journey! We left Manchester at 6am UK time 18th December 2013 and arrived on the mad Thai island of Phuket at 6am Thailand time Thur 19th Dec.

The taxi ride its self was an experience! Whit (our very informative Thai driver) spent half an hour weaving in and out of random motor cyclists with no helmets on and 3/4 people on a bike at a time! It's safe to say that has steered us away from hiring a bike!

The hotel looks good, the weather is brill plus we have booked a day trip to go elephant riding, quad biking, white water rafting and loads more on Saturday!! Watch this space...
