Hello from Lima….. We flew from Cusco to Lima and it was an interesting flight! We were slightly worried about the safety of the plane and it smoked at one point before take off and some parts seemed to move that shouldn’t! Still we made it in one piece! My ears also went funny and they took about 2 days to recover. Arrive in Lima and were picked up by Malka hostel…we thought this was a free pick up but it actually cost us 8 quid- not very clear on websi...

Hello from Cusco..... We arrived in Cusco after a pretty long bus journey...it seems in S.America if they quote you a journey time you add on about 2 hours! Also slight confusion on arrival as asked taxi driver to take us to Pirwa hostel and it turns out there are 4 in Cusco and we'd arrived at the wrong one! Ha. So we eventually arrived at the one we were booked in to...ok but again nothing special. It was a very rainy day and we didn't get up to much apart fro...

Hello from Puno..... So now Becca, Becky and I had left the group and were out on our own. I was a bit nervous especially as none of us spoke any Spanish but the first bus journey wasn't too bad. We got a bus from La Paz and the journey went pretty smoothly until the border.
