It our last day of the tour in Sapa Vietnam just in a resturant waiting to go and get the train back to Hanoi. It wa 3 days in total, we had a lively time we arrrived on thursay at six in the morning and made our way in a coach to Sapa villag on the way we got suck in traffic because land slides so a bit scary. Then once we arrived we at of to make our way to the village were we were staying over night it took 10 km walking to get there up and down very rocky hills. We had one of the tribes from the village follow us all the way to try and sell us things and help us up and down the hills they were so steap. The trip was called black humong. Te villages were really nice surrounded by teared rice fields and waterfalls, they have only just started having electricity, and have to work in the rice fields everyday. There were three different tribes living there and they all wore different outfits. When it started to rain it made it really slippy to walk down all the hills but we managed. Then we finally arrived at our home stay which was nice to have a break from walking. The house was nice very basic no windows or doors we had a meal there that was lovely the kitchen was very simple just a sink in the grounds and some coal for cooking such a different way of life. The next day we had a early morning wake up to do some more trekking back to Sapa village to check in the hotel, it's was another six km and more slopes and hills stoping at some more villages were we met a little girl that was about two and she was plating with a live bat on a string then they tried to cut it's teeth off so it wouldn't bite but in escaped, then she went back in to her little room and bought out a spider cut in half so her toy box was very adventorous ha ha. Then we went threw a bamboo forest and to a waterfall so beautiful. Once we arrived at the hotel we went to a nice resturant and then for some drinks with some Belgian couples that we met. The night at the hotel was horrible they had lot of cockroaches so was really hard to sleep was the worst hotel ever. So we were very happy to chech out then we went on another tree km treck to another village called the cat cat village which had a beautiful waterfall. So right now we are all trecked out our legs are so sore looking forward to a nice sleep on te train.
We arrive back at Hanoi at five in the morning to then get freshened up at the hotel an then that night we take a 20 hour bus journey to Nha Trang looking forward to that as we can relax on the beach finally.
