we travelled form darwin today to katherine. we decided agianst going to litchfield its gna be hammering it down with rain for the next week, so it wud be unpleasent n a waste of money. we both wanted to go but were getting agitated in darwin so we decided to elave and flog our free tour. we managed to get 40 bucks for it which we bought a lonly planet guide with. will coem in handy as its for auz and nz. katherine seems ok. going on a gorge walk 2moz (prob in the rain) then on an overnighter to alice springs. should both be interesting. there are lots of abos here and we were greeted by 2 people sleeping on the path as we got off the bus, but also by our hostel rep so that was a bit of a relief. anyway good night and good luck beki n stephen
