All good things must
come to an end.
And so our last day
on board the Crown Princess was a relaxing day at sea. Last night was fun, we watched the late movie
under the stars, "World War Z" starring Brad Pitt. The deck attendants bring round blankets and
popcorn and it is like going to an outdoor cinema….except in the middle of the
sea. The film was okay….I actually
really enjoyed it and I think Dave did too.
There are always going to be flaws with action films but, as far as a
zombie flick goes, this was a good one.
I actually had no idea it was going to be about zombies until about 20
minutes in!
We did not win the
morning trivia but we came close and the same with the afternoon trivia which
finished just a few hours ago. Still,
the team didn’t do bad and we have swapped addresses and phone numbers with
Julie and Julia.
The last day on
board is always a bit strange….we know that pretty soon we are heading back to
the reality of a cold England! Right
now, I am sitting on our balcony in the very warm night air typing this. We are already discussing our next cruise and
where we might fancy going next.
Little little is all
dressed ready for her trip home. She
even has her parker coat on….
Tomorrow we will be
docking at about 8am and our flight is not until late afternoon. It is going to be a long day at the
airport….booooooo. I am just hoping it
isn't too windy in England…I really don't like bumpy.
We will probably
head down to Crooner's bar later for our last cocktails and martinis of the
trip. I think that we are both very much
looking forward to seeing all six of our villainous cats now….I miss all their
little antics!
See you all when we
are safe home.

Gary From your blogs, I think this may be a cruise to remember forever. Give us a ring when you get home.
